Former Use: The target property consists of three (3) individual parcels collectively referred to as �the target property� and according to the Franklin Assessor�s Office are identified as follows: TAX MAP PARCEL NUMBERS ADDRESS ACREAGE N8 117-131-00 196 Central Street 0.19 N8 117-135-00 194 Central Street 0.53 N8 117-136-00 202 Central Street 0.35 Lot 131 formerly contained an approximately 1,994 square-foot (sq. ft.) one (1) story vacant restaurant building (formerly known as Ciao Pasta) with an approximate 50 sq. ft. storage shed and associated asphalt-paved parking areas. Lot 135 contains an approximate 7,900 sq. ft. concrete slab with a partial basement, and formerly contained an approximately 2,000 sq. ft. metal frame storage shed, as well as associated asphalt-paved parking areas. Lot 136 contains an approximate 1,200 sq. ft. wooden garage building with associated unpaved and asphalt-paved parking areas. The former restaurant building and metal frame storage shed were removed during previous phases of investigation to facilitate underground tank and hydraulic reservoir removals.
