Additional Property Attributes

The site is planned to be redeveloped into the Crawford County Community Recreation Center. The Center will provide amenities for all ages and include basketball courts, an indoor walking track, a swimming pool, and a gym. The proposed redevelopment plan also includes tenant space for the County's Commission on Aging and possibly the Department of Health and Human Services.

Former Use: The property was previously owned by the Wolohan Lumber Company and was operated for manufacture of maple wood flooring. Based on the findings of a Phase II ESA, the site meets the definition of a Facility, thus a Due Care Plan is required.
