Additional Property Attributes

Located between two MARTA stations, the 27-acre Pratt-Pullman Yard includes 11 buildings, totaling 153,000 square feet, and is in a historic district surrounded by Atlanta's Kirkwood neighborhood. Atomic Entertainment submitted an application for the remediation of the "Drums area"- which extends approximately 450 feet north-south and 100 feet east west at the bottom of and along the slope on the eastern portion of the parcel and to the rear of Buildings 2 and 6. The Drums Area was delineated to non-residential RRS for shallow soils (less than 2 feet bgs). The remediation of soils in the Drums Area would be conducted under a Type 5 Scenario .The site plan showed the footprint of the north garage, the south garage with two sound stages with 39K sq. ft. to be built on top of the garage and a 17K sq. ft. sound stage to the south of the south garage
