Former Use: The site consists of approximately 8.9 acres of land developed with an approximate 110,400-square foot commercial-type structure and is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of South Acadia Road and Cardinal Drive in Thibodaux, Lafourche Parish, Louisiana.The site was formerly used as a manufacturing plant for aerosol products. The site is currently abandoned and is improved with a large commercial-type structure consisting of offices, four sections of warehouse, a laboratory area, and several storage rooms. The interior of the structure contains numerous labeled and unlabeled containers of varying sizes ranging from serval ounces to hundreds of gallons. Three former process buildings, two secondary containment areas, and several steel and fiberglass aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) are located along the east side of the warehouse structure.
