Gibson Cove consists of approximately 27 acres of land on five parcels along Gibson Cove Road located within the City of Kodiak, Alaska. This entry is for Parcel 1, owned by City of Kodiak. This parcel is improved with a vacant former fish processing facility constructed in the 1970s and operated until 2017. The facility is comprised of a series of interconnected buildings, a refrigerant building, and a dock.
