Additional Property Attributes

The Phase II ESA did not find any exceedances of TPH, BTEX, or any metals in the soil or groundwater at the property.

Former Use: K&M Co have owned the property since April 1, 1982. There is a one-story single family residential building and a 468 square foot farm utility building located in the southwest corner of the property. The property has been operated by Tim Krebs as agricultural farmland since approximately 1999. Prior to 1999, the property was used for agriculture. There is a plugged and abandoned well head on the north-central portion of the site. Documentation shows that this well has been listed with �dry and abandoned� status since May of 1926.
