Former Use: The Site contains buildings related to a former textile manufacturing facility that closed in the year 2007. The Site consists of over 60,000 SF of building space on over 5 acres. The facility is deteriorating rapidly since closure, a new property owner purchased the property without knowledge of the Site history and is unable to address environmental issues. There are concerns of improper disposal of dyes and an underground storage tank at the facility.
