Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site consists of .68 acres of grass-covered land. The site operated as an unlicensed and unregulated dump, accepting household and solid waste during the 1960s and 70s. SVOCs and pesticides are the contaminants of concern. Soil contaminants have been excavated and removed prior to assessment but groundwater contamination remains.
