Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site at 307 North Main Street encompasses approximately 0.39 acres of land, owned by Gadash Lorella Lucille et al. The site includes a parking lot to the south and a 7,000 square-foot, one-story building to the north, which is estimated to have been constructed in 1915. Sanborn Fire Insurance maps from 1919 depict the property as a filling station with underground tanks. It is unknown if the tanks have been removed from the site. Additional historical uses include an auto dealer, auto repair, retail mart, carwash and detailing service, and farmer's market. The building has been vacant since mid-2019 when the farmer's market closed. RECs recommend further sampling for absence/presence of environmental contamination.
