Additional Property Attributes

Currently occupied by Mackenzie Dow, a custom furniture manufacturer, a single-story, 10,000, square feet, observed to be in good condition. The Subject Property has operated as a fine furniture manufacturing facility since the 1980s, but under different names. The past uses of the property include a laundry and dry cleaning facility (circa 1931 - circa 1968), auto-repair facility (1954-1965), a bakery (1931-1950), various unnamed stores (1931-1968), and private residential dwellings (1931-1968). Other uses include carpet cleaning and fabric care (circa 1969 - 1992). The property is currently owned by Restigouche Properties, Inc. Past owners include ADA Leasing Corp., Vero Realty Co., Mylars Inc., C.W. Mylars, National Wood Products, Pilgrim Services Co., Pilgrim Services Inc., and Pilgrim Fabric Care Services Inc. Future uses to be determined.
