Additional Property Attributes

The site is owned by the City of Pine Lawn and is currently a vacant lot. Historically, it was developed for residential and commercial use, including an auto service and gas station. A former auto service and gas station is also located adjacent to the site. RECs identified in the Phase I include potential petroleum contamination from the site's history as an auto service and gas station, plus an adjacent site's history as an auto service and gas station. A Phase II is recommended. The City of Pine Lawn hopes to develop the site for commercial use.
