Additional Property Attributes

The site consists of a 40-acre parcel on the north side of Carbon Coal Road that is undeveloped property. The main environmental concern at the property is contamination from past mining activities in the area. The site will be added to the Gallup Energy Logistics Park and current $23M State of New Mexico investment to upgrade Carbon Coal Road. This site is being considered for light manufacturing reuse.
