Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA at the Site revealed the following recognized environmental conditions (RECs):
On-site:
1. Quality Cleaners (former) - According to the historical records, GeoSearch Radius Report, and City Directories, the northern adjoining property has operated as a dry cleaning facility since at least the 1930s. ODEQ records confirm that petroleum and volatile organic compound (VOC) contamination were identified at this facility. Further, the owner of 25 E. Madison indicated there are potentially 2 USTs located to the rear of the on-site building, beneath a newly constructed storage shed.
Offsite:
2. Burns Ford used car lot - The western adjoining property is listed as a LST and UST facility in the GeoSearch database radius report. Cardno observed a former oil change pit at this and regulatory records indicate that a waste oil release was detected.
3. Former gas station and auto repair - Historical sources indicate that the northern adjacent facility operated as an auto repair facility and gas station from the 1970s until at least the mid-1990s.
4. Cutsforth-Wagner Building - The southern adjoining property is a former garage and auto body shop, which, according to historical resources, has been in used for this purpose since as early as 1912.

A Phase II ESA covering the Site is scheduled to be completed under this community-wide assessment grant.
