Additional Property Attributes

The site is a school that was initially constructed in 1928 and expanded sometime in the mid 1900s. The building functioned as the primary school until the mid 1980s when use was transitioned to a community center. The building was recently determined to be in dilapidated state that no longer suits continued use. The district intends to demolish the building and incorporate the space into the footprint of a new high school.
A Phase I and asbestos-containing material inspection were conducted to assist the school district in demolishing the structure to make way for a new high school building.
