Additional Property Attributes

The subject site is a vacant lot. It is used as a parking lot.

This assessment has revealed evidence of one REC in connection with the site: the historic use of the site as an oil and gas holding facility, with several gasoline, kerosene, and oil tanks.

Soil and groundwater sampling results indicated that concentrations of contaminants were detected above Default Target Levels (DTLs); however, all of the concentrations were below the Missouri Risk-Based Corrective Action (MRBCA) Tier 1 non-residential Risk-Based Target Levels (RBTLs). Based on these results the site is not suitable for residential use unless additional investigation is conducted.
