Additional Property Attributes

Previous use was a former automotive retailer known as Auto Zone. During the civil unrest in 2014 the building burned down on the northern end of the property. A New York Grill is located on the southern end of the property.

Suspect lead-based paint and asbestos is present in the restaurant building. Electrical ballasts, potentially containing polychlorinated biphenyls, also remain in the building. A previous Phase II ESA identified benzo(a)pyrene in surface soil in the southeast corner of the property.
