Additional Property Attributes

Historically used for automotive painting. A nearby historic dry cleaner, gasometer, and USTs pose a potential risk to the site. Site structures consist of a 7,630 sf warehouse built in 1910, a 2,106 sf utility building, and 784 sf shed.

Multiple RECs were identified related to historic onsite use as an automotive servicing station as well as adjacent site uses such as dry cleaning, bulk oil storage, and underground storage tanks.
