Additional Property Attributes

The site was a bank building and drive-thru bank from 1980 until March 2018. Usable 10,000 square foot building.

Potential petroleum impact beneath a former fuel oil AST located at the site. Potential petroleum impact from Richland APCO, a registered UST/LUST, located 300 feet up gradient of the site. Richland APCO is reported to be under active MDNR enforcement to remediate petroleum contamination at the property.
