Additional Property Attributes

The site currently serves as a small city park with mulched playground area and mowed greenspace. A 2017 Phase II found lead in soil above background levels for St. Louis County but below MRBCA residential target levels. Prior sampling conducted by a private resident found 290 ppm of lead in bare soil, which exceeds the MRBCA residential target level of 260 ppm. However, it was noted that this does not exceed target levels used by the health department in elevated blood level investigations.
