Additional Property Attributes

Background: The Subject Property consists of a one-story structure consisting of five inter-connected wings on one parcel. The total parcel size is 160 feet by 320 feet totaling approximately 51,200 square feet. The total square footage of the structure is 16,752. The property is currently vacant.

The Phase II assessment revealed the following - Lead-based paint: Painted surfaces were analyzed for lead content by EPA certified and Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS) licensed Lead Inspector. Lead was not detected above the regulatory limit equal to or in excess of 1.0 mg/cm2 in any of the readings by XRF. Regulated LBP was not identified in painted components associated with the property.
