Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of approximately 102.67 acres of land identified by Wayne County as parcel no(s).
67113-00-407376, and 67113-00-373381. The Property is transected by Sandhill Road which runs
northwest/southeast in the area. On the west side of Sandhill Road there is a vacant 1,579 square-foot
two family residential structure that was built in 1890. On the east side of Sandhill Road there is a mobile
home park that houses between 15 and 20 residences. Overall, the Property is predominantly woodland
(approximately 85 %). The Property is zoned 416 manufacturing - housing park with an agricultural
zoning code according to the Wayne County Assessor online resources.
The Property is bounded to the north by Sandhill and Hyman Roads followed residences and agricultural
lands; to the east by woodlands; to the south by residences and to the west by woodlands and
agricultural lands.
Based on the available permit records and historical information sources, the Property's first documented
use was as a residence in 1890. A mobile home part was first listed at the Property in 1975. The mobile
home park has a private septic system. City directories available from 1982 to 2017 list the Property as
held by private owners in all of the listed references. Apartments (believed to be the mobile homes) are
shown in the 1982 through 1988 listings. There are no known or listed aboveground/underground storage
tanks and none have existed during the Property's history.
