Additional Property Attributes

This 1500 square-foot building was built in the late 1800s and was used for retail purposes up through the 1960s. It has become dilapidated and is no longer suitable for use. While the City of Ash Grove has no firm plans in place, they would like to see the property redeveloped for commercial use.

No RECs were discovered during the Phase I.
Asbestos-containing material (ACM) and lead-based paint (LBP) were discovered in the building. No further investigation is recommended.
Prior to any renovation or demolition activities, the ACM and LBP materials should be abated and/or removed from the building in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
