Additional Property Attributes

Because the September 2019 geophysical survey completed during the Phase I ESA did not identify the presence of abandoned USTs at the Site and because the data indicate that soil and groundwater at the Site are not impacted with petroleum constituents above applicable BUSTR Action Levels, there does not appear to be a reportable BUSTR release at the Site. Accordingly, further assessment of the Site does not appear to be warranted at this time. Lead was detected above the Ohio VAP UPUS in both temporary wells; however, the elevated lead results are likely indications of the high turbidity that results from the nature of sampling unfiltered water from a low yielding temporary well. Further, potable water is provided to the surrounding area and is available to the Site from the City of Napoleon.
