Additional Property Attributes

The 0.21-acre subject property consists of one parcel developed with one building. The building is a 1,075-square-foot single-story house with an attached garage constructed in 1975. The house has been modified for wheelchair accessibility. The subject property has been used as residential land since at least 1975 and was previously used as agricultural land. At the time of site reconnaissance, the subject property building was unoccupied. START V conducted a Phase I ESA and hazardous materials survey in 2023. The survey included a visual inspection and sampling and screening activities for the following: asbestos-containing materials (ACM), lead-based paint (LBP), and mold. The survey identified asbestos and mold.
