Additional Property Attributes

The 0.14 acre property has one structure constructed in 1944 and an exterior storage shed and is currently occupied by a retail paint store. Based on the age of the structure, regulated building materials such as asbestos and lead-based paint may be present. Historic uses of the property include agricultural land, residential and commercial uses. Historic uses of adjoining and surrounding properties including an oil and lubricant distribution facility, auto sales/and or service, and a petroleum storage facility with a release event, and bulk oil plants constitute RECs and VECs. An RBM survey identified the presence of ACM and lead based paint in the site building. A Phase 2 investigation of soil, groundwater, and soil vapor at the property did not identify the presence of contaminants above background or commercial RSL levels.
