Additional Property Attributes

The subject property was historically occupied by an auto repair facility (1930-1943) and a foundry (1967-1972). Bulk oil plants historically operated within 0.1 mile of the property and the east-adjoining site was historically occupied by an oil lubricant distribution facility (at least 1932-1973) and is currently used for auto sales/service. A Phase 2 assessment of the property did not identify the presence of contaminants above background or industrial RSLs in soil or groundwater. An RBM survey identified ACM, LBP, and lighting fixtures and appliances that may contain PCBs, mercury, and/or CFCs. Abatement of ACM and LBP and proper disposal of fixtures/appliances is recommended prior to building demolition. Future site plans include building demolition and redevelopment as part of the Longmont RTD transit center.
