Additional Property Attributes

This site has been used for parking and storage of cars. The anticipated future use is parking for fire department vehicles (adjacent to fire department).

The property contains an underground storage tank of unknown size in the south-southeast portion. The previous auto dealership dumped motor oil into the UST.

Soil samples contained detectable concentrations of chlorinated herbicides and metals but were below the Missouri Risk-Based Corrective Action (MRBCA) Default Target Levels. Groundwater samples contained detectable concentrations of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), TPH-GRO, and metals but were below their respective MRBCA DTLs or, in the case of metals, below the background concentration for the area.
