Additional Property Attributes

Miller Hall consists of a 47,332 sq-ft college dormitory within the 20-acre Eastern Oklahoma State College campus, 1301 West Main, Wilburton, Latimer County, Oklahoma. Land uses in the vicinity are commercial and residential. The site consists of a three-story college dormitory building consisting of two wings connected by a central common area. Access is via Apartment E Street and Cedar Avenue. Paved parking lots are present on the north and south sides of the building.

The Phase I ESA found the following: The assessment found no RECs, HRECs, CRECs, VECs or significant date gaps in connection with the subject property or adjoining properties. Potential ACBMs and LBP may be present at the subject property. Consultants recommend additional evaluation be conducted prior to redevelopment to quantify any environmental risks that may be associated with potential asbestos, lead-based paint, etc.
