Additional Property Attributes

This property was historical used as a laydown yard for equipment associated with the distribution of electricity. The assessment had a few areas of concern and City staff with their consultant is working with Wyoming DEQ to determine next steps. The City sees a future use of this site as supplemental parking to the the Reed Rail corridor when it redevelops.
