Additional Property Attributes

The vacant residential property known as "Kojak" site is located at 333 80th Avenue NE, St. Michael, North Dakota. The future plan of the vacant house is to be demolished.

The house was surveyed for asbestos containing materials (ACM) to the extent practical and feasible given the condition of the residence. In the living room and Bedroom 2 of the unit, the joint compound and joint compound with paint, and the floor tile in the bathroom were found to contain more than 1 percent asbestos. EPA 400 Point Count analysis was conducted on composite samples to further determine the asbestos content.

A screening of lead-based paint (LBP) was conducted and was detected on the exterior of the building. Composite surface soil samples were collected along the drip ledge along all sides of the residence based on the presence of LBP. Based on the analytical results, total lead was detected below the EPA residential reporting screening limit for lead.
