Additional Property Attributes

The vacant commercial property known as Lunchbox is located at 7827 ND-57 in St. Michael, North Dakota. The Lunchbox used to operate as a former restaurant and store. The building consists of a main dining room area, freezer room, kitchen, cooking prep room and offices. There is also a shed to the main building by the back entryway. The future plans is to demolish the building.

The building was surveyed for asbestos containing materials (ACM). No asbestos was detected at a concentration greater than 1 percent within the areas inspected at the unit.

A lead-based paint (LBP) survey was conducted on the exterior of the unit using a XRF spectrometer. No LBP was detected at a concentration equal to or greater than 1.0 milligram per square centimeter (mg/cm2).
