Additional Property Attributes

This property was historical used as a laydown yard for equipment associated with the sales of lumber. The assessment had a few areas of concern and City staff with their consultant is working with Wyoming DEQ to determine next steps. The City sees a future use of this site as the northern anchor of the Reed Rail corridor. There is hopes that this site will be an outdoor public event space.
