Additional Property Attributes

This property has been vacant for many years. The assessment had a few areas of concern and City staff with their consultant is working with Wyoming DEQ to determine next steps. The City sees a future use of this site as an connection for the greenway from 15th street to the Reed Rail Corridor. The site will assist with the crossing of Lincolnway, a major roadway in Cheyenne.
