Additional Property Attributes

Under Contract 68HE0519D0005, Task Order-Task Order Line-Item Number F0107-0001EA247, U.S. EPA tasked the Superfund Technical Assessment and Response Team (START) to complete a Phase I ESA and Phase II ESA, if warranted for the property. The property is a commercial property and requires renovation. Asbestos containing materials were identified in the building that should be abated prior to occupancy. Soil samples contained selenium at concentrations exceeding EGLE criteria.
