Under Contract 68HE0519D0005, Task Order-Task Order Line-Item Number F0107-0001EB249, U.S. EPA tasked the Superfund Technical Assessment and Response Team (START) to complete a Phase II ESA for the property. The property is a former gasoline station and is currently used for residential and commercial purposes. START collected soil, groundwater, soil vapor, and drinking water samples. Concentrations of petroleum constituents were detected in the soil and groundwater exceeding EGLE and EPA criteria. The drinking water sample did not contain VOCs exceeding screening levels.
