Additional Property Attributes

The properties were historically used for residential, commercial and industrial purposes. Notable uses included an automobile garage, chemical manufacturing company and grocery store. Recognized environmental conditions (RECs) identified in the Phase I ESA included: chlorinated solvents identified in soil above actionable levels, potential for urban fill, and concerns from adjoining properties. Future development includes renovation of existing building back to productive use as a market which will supplement grander visions for the area to be redeveloped into housing for homeless veterans.
