Additional Property Attributes

The approximate 0.5-acre lot was a former gas station and dry cleaners, and the on-site building is used for bulk water sales. The City of Tucumcari is interested in making improvements to the property. The old gas station and dry cleaner were identified as RECs in the Phase II ESA.
