Additional Property Attributes

The Site is one parcel on 9.34 acres. The property was historically used for industrial purposes, including warehousing and manufacturing since approximately 1924. The Site formerly consisted of a 100,000-square foot manufacturing facility and several outbuildings. From at least 1959 until at least 1968, World Bestos Corp Division of Firestone Tire and Rubber Co occupied the Site and manufactured transmission, brake and friction linings. Around 1984, Nuturn Corporation Heavy Duty Products Division occupied the Site and manufactured heavy duty brake linings and drums. Nuturn later changed its name to Ferodo America Inc and continued to operate at the Site circa 2000.

The structures previously developed on-Site have been demolished and now all that remains are concrete building pads, roads, and vegetation. The property is currently a vacant lot on which no operations are occurring.
