Additional Property Attributes

The site was first developed as a residence in 1929. From 1959 until 1999, it was utilized as a construction company and from 1999 until 2012, it was utilized by a landscape company to store landscape supplies and tree/shrub debris. The site was razed in 2006 and has been vacant since it was acquired by the current owner in 2012. A UST was previously located on the southwest portion of the site. The UST was reportedly closed in place in the late 1960s or early 1970s; however, no documentation of the closure could be located.
