Additional Property Attributes

This property is an empty lot, currently used by the City of Kalispell as a parking lot, with a prospective purchaser for the development of a boutique hotel with retail space. Removal of a 9,000 gallon underground storage tank containing 5,600 gallons of heavy fuel oil will allow for property redevelopment. No contaminants were found above DEQ screening levels and an NFA letter was issued on 3/25/2025.
