Additional Property Attributes

The subject property has been historically forested with one onsite building structure since circa 1909. Circa 1950 the central portion of the subject property was improved with a water tank. Circa 1966 the central portion of the subject property was improved with an additional water tank, building (residential structure) and roadway. Additionally, according to city directories, an auto repair facility operated on the subject property circa 1975 until 2003. The subject property is currently forested greenspace occupied by at least one confirmed abandoned building structure built in the early 1900s.
