Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property consist of three parcels of land identified as 9123 Fern Creek Road, 9127 Fern Creek Road, and Fern Creek Road. The portion of the Subject Property identified as 9123 Fern Creek Road, was the location of the Bell South Telephone Switch Station circa 1945. The site was also the location of a warehouse and shooting range. Since 1986, there have been no other listings for this portion of the Subject Property. The portion of the Subject Property identified as 9127 Fern Creek Road (the rear portion) had various uses. The various uses of the site included a barber shop circa 1963 until circa 1981, and residential housing from circa 1986 until circa 1989. Since circa 1997 this portion of the Subject Property has been in use as a parking lot. The portion of the Subject Property to the west is identified as Fern Creek Road adjoins the portion of the Subject Property identified as 9123 Fern Creek Road to the west. This portion of the Subject Property Is undeveloped.
