Additional Property Attributes

Property owner is negotiating a property sale or lease to a commercial retailer (Dollar Tree or similar) that has agreed to remodel the subject property for retail operations.

The current owner has committed to necessary cleanup prior to property sales to the prospective purchaser or lessee. The owner has financed an Asbestos Building Materials Inspection and Abatement Report (completed by Liberty Environmental Services, LLC, Moundsville, WV) and has employed workers to abate the asbestos materials identified inside the former supermarket store.
