Additional Property Attributes

The South 55 feet of Lots Three (3) and Four (4), in Block Three (3), Bath Orchard Addition to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof. The Site is enclosed and bisected by a privacy fence into west and east sections. The property is located within a historically developed residential area dating back to the early 1900s. It averages approximately 1,252 feet above mean sea level across the Site, gently sloping towards the east-northeast. The Site is primarily underlain by the Renthin silt loam complex. Based upon a review of the available historical information, the Site appears to be first depicted as undeveloped land in topographic maps from 1892. A residence and outbuilding were present on the Site by a 1937 historical aerial image. The residence and outbuilding present at the Site were demolished by 1979, with the Site remaining undeveloped land through the present day. All historical city directory listings for the Site and its adjoining properties are residential. The Site is currently used as a backyard for the north adjoining property, 1448 NE 12th Street.
