Additional Property Attributes

In 1903 the property was developed with two residential structures on the east side. By 1910, the subject property was developed with a lumber yard and an associated office and warehouse. In 1943, the residential properties at the east side of the subject property were redeveloped to a tractor sales and services site with the lumber yard present at the west side of the subject property. In 1973, the current inn and hotel structure was constructed and operated until about 2019 when the City of Havre and the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services deemed the hotel uninhabitable. The Phase I ESA recommended a Phase II to address RECs and VECs identified.
