Under EPA Contract 68HE0519D0005/68HE0519F0107-0001EF285, the Superfund Technical Assessment and Response Team (START) is performing a Phase I and II ESA for the 8007 Joy Road site. The property formerly operated as a machine shop, metal awning shop, a steel cutting shop, and a stone cutting shop. The site is planned to be incorporated into the Joe Louis Greenway Land Stewardship Project.
