The property has been used as a school since the early 1900s. Original school structures that were formerly present in the central/northern area of the Subject Property were demolished by 2014. The auditorium and cafeteria, which were constructed in 1934, are the only remaining portions of the former school. An adjoining Category 3 heating oil release was identified as a REC for the property.
