Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consist of four contiguous parcels of residential land is located at 4409 Cypress Avenue, 4408 Elmwood Avenue, 4404 Elmwood Avenue,and 4400 Elmwood Avenue in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri. Global One Urban Farming is the owner of the subject property. The subject property currently operates as a non-profit community garden. Parcel 1 (Parcel ID: 31-520-10-30-00-0-00-000) is on the western side of the subject property with a street address of 4409 Cypress Avenue and consists of approximately 0.958 acres of land. Parcel 2 (Parcel ID: 31-520-10-01-00-0-00-000) is on the northeast corner of the subject property with a street address of 4400 Elmwood Avenue and consists of approximately 0.177 acres of land.
