Additional Property Attributes

The Site is 0.36-acre on one parcel of land. The Site is currently a vacant asphalt and concrete lot that is occasionally used for parking by nearby businesses. The foundations of the building formerly located on the Site, two in-ground hydraulic lifts, and a pump island are still visible on the northern and central portions of the Site. The Site is zoned C-4. A historical review of the Site indicates that the Site was first developed by 1906 with residential dwellings. By 1961, a gasoline filling station and automobile service/repair facility replaced most of the residences and was operated until approximately 1984. The last residential dwelling was removed from the Site in 1984 and from 1989 until 1995, the remaining commercial building was utilized as a video store. According to aerial imagery, the building was demolished by 2005. From 2010 until 2017, the vacant lot was utilized for used car sales. Off-Site uses of the surrounding properties include dry cleaners and auto repair facilities.
