Additional Property Attributes

EPA conducted a Phase I Environmental Assessment at the property. The Phase I Environmental Assessment identified the presence of recognized environmental conditions (RECs) that may be impeding theh redevelopment of the property. The RECs included the unknown presence of an underground storage tank, a known septic tank field on the property. Additionally, out of scope items including asbestos and lead based paint were identified during the Phase I Environmental Assessment. These RECs and out of scope items will be evaluated further during a Phase II Environmental Assessment.
